Melbourne lied about their use of IP blockers and were found to be lying - they were accusing mick lambe of being a liar (IPs) which compounds their offence

Melb's bias would seem a given in the hate proposal by andrew lowenthal - which failed due to it contravening basic human rights

How many of you have also been blocked lately from Oceania sites, probably by IMC? Speak up. Was your article or comment outside the guidelines? Mine were'nt, but someone on a power trip at IMC seems to have blocked me - just because they can.

Again, how come you have blocked my IP from last week then? I've only just got onto an IP changer to access IMC again, and now I read what this guy from the NT, or Sydney, or NZ, or wherever has been saying about your lies, and censorship, and blocking people's (NB. plural) IPs.

You've blocked my access all over Oceania - Perth, Adelaide etc - not just Melbourne, the only site I've ever posted to. How many others have you kicked in this way? Bastards. And for those people not privy to the inner tech sanctum at IMC, I happen to live in and am posting from Brisbane. I use dial up, so don't have a static IP, so MIM or some spiteful, vindictive, witless, MIMster has blocked my ISP. That would be Westnet, Queensland. So much for open publishing, eh? Bastard for some reason wants to block me and to do so blocks all subscribers to a certain ISP, for an entire state. Now that's vindictive. Or is that just how indymedia really is?

There are sites on the net that can powerfully disguise and conceal your IP - like from Chinese, Iranian, Pine Gap, bosses, and other spooks. Many are quite easy to use, and inexpensive, even free. Use one if you want to argue the point with IMC after they have blocked you. Google internet-privacy-proxy-anonymous or something to find sites. Proxify is a good one. Check out proxy.org, updated daily with new proxies.

Remember IMC fascist - You started this. I'll give you a day or two to unblock my IP, or else all bets are off.

To add to the existing (practical) infinities of the universe and the imagination we have created a third...the netspace.

The netspace treats censorship as damage and routs around it...using blogs to build reputation capital for example.

Only a moron would get exercised about a preppie piss pond like our local IMCs...and only a moronic thug would threaten to DDos them when there are so many other deserving targets like large religious organizations and the State.
